To create a unique game day experience and drive attendance, our team transformed a regular season UVU Baseball game into a fully themed Star Wars Night. Every aspect of the event was designed to immerse fans in the theme. From Star Wars character appearances before first pitch and themed giveaways to iconic music, sound effects, and interactive between inning promotions that kept the energy high throughout the game.

I assisted in executing the game day experience by coordinating entertainment elements, game presentation, and fan engagement activities that reinforced the theme from start to finish. Rather than treating the promotion as just another giveaway night, we created an experience that encouraged fans to arrive early, stay engaged, and share the event with others.

The result was one of the most memorable and well attended baseball games of the season, demonstrating how creative event themes can generate excitement, increase attendance, and strengthen the connection between fans and a sports program. This project reinforced the value of building experiences that give people a reason to attend beyond the game itself.
